Cancellation Policy
Session Locations: Session locations will be mutually agreed upon by both the Coach and the Client. No sessions shall be audio or video recorded. Keeping Appointments: Coaching is a commitment that yields powerful, cumulative results when attended consistently. Please make every effort to keep your scheduled appointments—even if you feel unprepared—because every session holds value. If you are late, the session will still adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, ending at the designated time; an eight-minute grace period will be observed before concluding the session. Missed Appointments: While I understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly, please notify me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a session due to circumstances such as family emergencies, serious accidents, or illness. In any other case—such as a no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance—the full session fee will be charged without the option for a make-up session. However, if you reschedule prior to your respective appointment, no additional charges will apply. The Coach's Responsibility: I am committed to supporting you in achieving your goals and ensuring that every session is both meaningful and productive. I will conduct myself with the utmost professionalism, in line with the International Coaching Federation's Code of Ethics, and refrain from offering advice in areas outside my qualifications. Confidentiality: Your identity and all communications between us will remain strictly confidential, to the extent permitted by law, unless you expressly authorize disclosure of specific information. Although the coach-client relationship is not legally privileged and I may be required to disclose confidential information in legal proceedings, this is highly unlikely. However, if there is evidence that you pose a danger to yourself or others, or if you disclose illegal activity, I am ethically obligated to report it to the appropriate authority. I will discuss any necessary steps with you before taking action, including potential contract termination. The Client's Responsibility: You are responsible for adhering to the terms outlined in this agreement, for the actions you take as a result of our coaching, and for maintaining your overall well-being. I encourage you to actively pursue your goals, communicate your needs clearly during our sessions, and provide honest feedback to enhance the effectiveness of our work together.
