My Story

Why I Created
The Watered Willow

The Watered Willow wasn't created because I woke up one day and decided I wanted to become a life coach.

​

It came from my own story.

​

A story that began long before I understood words like narcissistic abuse, manipulation, gaslighting, or emotional abuse.

​

My dad died when I was six years old.

​

After he died, I was told that he didn't love me. I wasn't allowed to talk about him. Photos and pieces of my history disappeared. The little girl who had already lost her father was also losing the memories that connected her to him.

And somewhere along the way, I became the "trouble" child.

​

That label followed me.
